Eden Musée Souvenir Silver-Plated Spoon. Circa 1890s. Features a wishbone, four-leaf clovers, and "Good Luck" on the handle and "Eden Musée" with scroll motif on the spoon bowl.
Length: 4 1/4".
The Eden Musée was a notable amusement center and wax museum on West 23rd Street in Manhattan, New York, opening in 1884. It was famous for its lifelike wax figures, the eerie "Chamber of Horrors," and "Ajeeb," a chess-playing robot. It also played a key role in the early exhibition of motion pictures.
