Effecto Auto Finishes Made by Pratt & Lambert Color Wheel Display. Buffalo, NY: Pratt & Lambert, ca. 1910s-1920s. Wheel with painted wooden spokes and central painted tin sign with metal rim on a later stand. 25? diameter. Paint on spokes faded, chipped, some wear, rust to central sign, rust spots to metal rim. Still, a very good example of this rare display.
