ER Handcuffs. North Garfield, Australia: Stockade Locksmiths (Ian McColl), 1990s. Bronze/antique finish cuffs. With key, and working. Hallmarked "ER" on the shackles. Extended length 10 1/2". Offered with a cast brass lock by McColl incorporating an all-seeing eye design, and a brass skull and crossbones belt buckle made by McColl and hallmarked with his stamp.
