Pen and ink watercolor of the cover of Felix the Cat #32 (Toby, 1952), with an autograph inscription to ?Roger? presenting this ?first draft of the new book cover,? signed in an unknown hand (possibly Otto Messmer) as Pat Sullivan, who died in 1933.
