[FOLK ART CARNIVAL ARTIFACTS] ?Big Wheel? hand-painted gaming wheel with number stencils.?Gaming wheel (lacking stand) with metal pins and leather clapper, made from a bicycle wheel. Approximately 31? in diameter. Wheel is mounted onto wooden crossbar. Wheel is worn with age and use, leather clapper is likewise worn, wheel spins easily. A very good example of homemade gambling apparatus.
