FONDA, Henry (1905?1982). Typed letter signed (?Henry Fonda?), April 21, 1980. One-page, large 8vo, on personal letterhead. Fonda responds to his correspondent Glen Wiche, thanking him for the gift of the rare book ?The A B C of Bee Culture?. Fonda explains that he as ?quite a library on bee books, but nothing that compares to this beautiful antique?. Includes the original TLS from Glen Wiche. Together, presented in a handsome folding cloth portfolio with morocco gilt?lettered cover label and slipcase. Provenance: Glen Wiche was an antiquarian bookseller in Chicago and proprietor of The London Bookshop.
