Frank?s Improved Wizard Cuff Holder Display with 19 Cuff Holders. American, ca. 1906. Colorful display with full compliment of Wizard cuff holders. 11 ? x 9 ??. Creased down center, corner and edge damage right hand bottom corner has some paper loss but overall very good. Full display cards very scarce. It has been said that early gamblers found a way to use these cuff holders to hold out cards up their sleeves.
