Frontispiece, engraved title page, numerous text illustrations and plates. Thick 8vo. Text clean overall with occasional spotting and foxing; needs re-binding. Together with two volumes from the ?Papers of William F. Cody? series (University of Nebraska, 2011/12), special leatherette editions.
