G. Washington Traveled This Road Zinc Sign with Double-Sided Sculpture of Washington on Horseback on Top. Lowell, MA: The Niles Co., [ca. 1930s]. Double-sided zinc sign painted in silver (most likely later paint) to be placed on a pole, indicating places of historic interest; these were mainly placed on highways, with some still in place today. 28 x 15 ?". Light wear, soiling. Near fine. Rare.
