Gaffed Cold Deck Baccarat/Chemin de Fer Shoe. French. Designed to deliver a cold deck on to the back of the slug in the shoe. Two fine inlaid copper wires that run along the top on each side of the shoe. When the metal piece on the back of the roller ramp touches these wires, a circuit is completed which causes the cold deck to rise through a concealed trap door. Length 16?. Previously owned and used by a European gambling syndicate.
