Gaffed Horse Spinning Wheel. Contemporary painted wooden countertop roulette wheel. Concealed in the case is a brake triggered by depressing a "decorative" bar on one side, called a "belly gaff." The trigger can also be locked, allowing spectators to examine the board. Restored. In working condition.
