Publisher?s pictorial boards (rubbing to extremities); dust jacket (rubbing, chipping to head and base of spine). Provenance: Diane Gilbert (inscription). First edition, second printing with the smaller hats starting on the pastedowns and the larger hats printed on the free endpapers. Younger & Hirsch 22.
