Publisher?s pink cloth stamped in black (a few pale spots to covers, spine gently sunned); facsimile dust jacket. FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING of the author?s first novel that became so popular, Goodis had to leave his day job at an advertising agency and move to New York to pursue writing full time.
