[GRATEFUL DEAD / TAPER TAPES]. Large Collection of Grateful Dead Live Shows 1986-1987 on Cassette. 1986-87. Large group of 336 Grateful Dead ?taper tapes? recorded by a longtime follower of the band. Mix of Maxell XL II, Fuji FX-I, TDK, and others. Tapes are from the period when Brent Mydland performed as the GD?s keyboardist and vocalist. With some recordings of Robert Hunter, Hot Tuna, Jerry Garcia Band, King Fish, Jorma Kaukonen. Dates range from 1/27/86 to 12/31/87. Each tape has clear handwritten labels with the concert?s date, venue, and setlist. Not all tested. From the Joseph Scovel Grateful Dead Collection.
