GREGORY, Dick (1932-2017). Needed (Public Citizen #1 - President of the United States in Exile - Inaugurated 3-4-69). [N.p., 1969]. Black and white lithographed poster (571 x 445 mm). Some marginal toning, rubbing. This poster was printed to commemorate the failed presidential run of comedian and activist Gregory for the 1968 presidential election. He ran as a candidate for the Freedom and Peace Party (not to be confused with the Peace and Freedom Party, which he had left before the election). Gregory won nearly 45,000 votes.
