Hance Penny Back Target Practice Machine. Westerville, OH: The Hance Manufacturing Co., [n.d., ca. 1920s]. Cast iron painted or chrome-plated fascia, with original metal mechanism, in recent wooden and glass cabinet, and with modern lock and key. Metal pieces fully restored and painted, with later display card. When a penny is inserted in the gun and fired, the penny goes into the machine if the player fails to get the penny into the target at the back of the machine; if the player gets the penny into the target, the penny is returned to the player from the slot at the side. 8 ? x 19 x 15 ??. Working.
