- Lot Description
Hand-carved bar sign (?Sherlock?s?). [Oklahoma City [?], ca. 1970s]. A handsome carved wooden bar sign with a profile of Holmes with pipe and magnifying glass, and the initial ?S? of ?Sherlock?s? is in the shape of a meerschaum pipe. The letters are finished in a light gold color. Approximately 23 x 36?; 584 x 914 mm. Minor rubbing, lacking 3 (out of 4) wood plugs. Chain on back for hanging.
