Hershey's "Chocolate and Cocoa" Educational Chart and Ephemera. Hershey: Hershey Chocolate Corporation, ca. 1955 (poster). Color lithographic poster illustrating the entire production process of chocolate, from harvesting cacao pods to molding chocolate bars. Includes large folding map with the original postmarked mailing envelope.
Lot also includes eight pieces of educational ephemera, including books on Milton S. Hershey, the company's founding, the chocolate production process, the development of the Hershey Company grounds.
