Smith, 1787. 8vo. 56 pp. Pp. 1-10 and p. 55-56 (6 total leaves) supplied in facsimile. Bound in modern full red cloth, spine lettered in gilt (facsimile pages a bit toned, original leaves worn, soiled, chipped, creased). Good. FIRST EDITION OF THIS SCARCE AND UNUSUAL RECORD OF 19 LETTERS BETWEEN TWO CORRESPONDENTS PARTIALLY WRITTEN IN HIEROGLYPHICS.
