Hillyard 8 Handcuffs. North Garfield, Australia: Stockade Locksmiths (Ian McColl), ca. 1990s. Ratchet-style handcuffs in a figure-eight shape. Both ratcheted bars twist around a central spoke. Lacks key. Working. 8 x 3 1/4 x 1". Though the item was patented by Hillyard in 1930 (after buying the design from a Mr. Gill), apparently the cuffs were never manufactured. McColl crafted a limited number of these manacles based on the original schematics.
