HITLER, Adolf (1889-1945). Mein Kampf. Munich: Franz Eher Verla, 1939. 8vo. Photographic portrait. Original gilt-stamped blue cloth. Provenance: contemporary gift inscription in German from ?Adolf?; AL & Jackie Raphelson (ownership stamps on front pastedown). Early edition, published at the onset of WWII when Hitler invaded Poland on 1 September 1939 and Britain and France declare war on Germany two days later.
