Printed by 107 Workshop, Wiltshire, England. 8 ? x 10 ??. Free sheet inserted into the accompanying deluxe edition of the monograph ?Howard Hodgkin? by Andrew Graham-Dixon, published by Thames & Hudson Ltd., London, within the original blue linen slipcase 10 ? x 9 ??. Free sheet. Overall good condition for print and book. Hinge residue verso. Slipcase has scuffs and marks on the front.
