Illustrated with photographs taken by the author. FIRST EDITION. INSCRIBED by Eickemeyer on prefatory blank leaf.
Condition
Rubbed, soiled; some guttering, small tears. Front hinge separating. Water damage to top edge of front cover and text block throughout. Good.
