JACK, Tom (Karl Breu, 1884 ? 1953). Collection of Seven Escape Artist Postcards. European, 1910s ? 30s. Including one color lithographed card after a poster of Tom Jack by Friedlander; four RPPCs of Tom Jack, three showing him bound in chains; and two printed pictorial cards depicting various escapes in the Tom Jack show. Sold together with five additional cards advertising To Ya and his Ice Family, apparently a later version of the Tom Jack act featuring six albinos in ?traditional ice king? dress. Divided backs, with some postally used; all in generally good or better condition. SCARCE.
