James Cagney Lifecast Negative Mold. Circa 1950s. Two-part rigid plaster mold/casting negative with urethane rubber negative liner. Inscribed on plaster "James Cagney 1955-56?" and "J. Cagney / F-60 / Urethane Neg." Further inscribed "1996" and "Molded 9/96" perhaps referencing a casting/recasting from the mold.
Approximately 13 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 7 1/2". This mold was most likely used in the Lon Chaney Film Man of 1000 Faces (Universal, 1957).
