KINDELL, Dorothy (1909-?). Extensive 1940s-50s Pin-up / Striptease Ceramics Collection. Laguna Beach, CA. A collection of glazed pottery depicting pin-up models by artist Dorothy Kindell, known as ?The Naughty Potter.? From the ?Striptease? or ?Action Parade? series, this lot includes 15 mugs, 3 salt and pepper shaker sets, as well as a creamer and sugar bowl set. All signed by the artist. 25 pieces altogether. Some duplicate pieces not shown; additional images upon request. A bit dusty but very good condition.
