With color title-page and 16 mounted color plates throughout. [viii], 1-162, [2, blank] pp. Beautifully bound in modern full dark blue levant morocco, boards decoratively ruled in gilt, spine tooled, ruled, and lettered in gilt in compartments, five raised bands, top edge gilt, others uncut, with original pictorial endleaves, and with original blue cloth binding mounted in rear (text with minor marginal toning). Fine. FIRST EDITION WITH KING?S ILLUSTRATIONS.
