LAMBERT, Daniel (1770 ? 1809). Painted Tavern Sign. Vintage oil on panel after the famous likeness by Benjamin Marshall depicts the man who during his lifetime was the heaviest man in recorded history. Full-length image shows Lambert seated in a giant chair in a bright red coat. Miscaptioned ?Daniel Lampert.? 16 ? x 10?. Corner bumps, a few scuffs, uniform toning to paint.
