Lawrence & Cohen Playing Cards. New York, ca. 1866. 52 + Box. Scarce period cloth box stamped in gilt and blind. Cards with light stains and minor scrapes at edges, but good overall. An eagle replaced the crown on the Ace of Spades when the firm opened in New York, as Hochman notes. Hochman NY12.
