Lithograph post-WWI French reconstruction propaganda poster depicts Marianne with a smiling boy carrying a basket of fruit, victoriously walking away from a decimated war-ravaged town. 41 ? x 30 ??. Long over-painted tear by Marianne?s left shoulder; a few restored chips and tears in corners and margins, one into the image at upper left. B+/B.
