- Lot Description
LEWIS, John Frederick (British, 1805-1876). Turkish Man. 1834. Watercolor on paper mounted to board..Signed and dated lower right corner. Image: 8 x 6?. Frame: 17 x 15?. There are five perimeter pencil lines over the image, the most prominent being two horizontal lines above and below the signature presumably for a possible framing decision. Very good condition minus the previously mentioned issue.
