- Lot Description
L'Instant Taittinger. Publicis, R.C. Reims, ca. 1980s. Large poster advertising the French champagne. Known as the Grace Kelly design, but actually modeled after French actress Catherine Deneuve, the poster depicts a woman in a black gown seen through a champagne flute. This is a large printing, in a handsome black frame glazed with Plexiglas. Overall, 70 x 51". Gallery label on verso: Chicago Center for the Print. Due to frame size, this lot requires third-party transportation.
