Lovely and large three-quarter length portrait of the lady animal trainer said to be associated with Alessandro Guerra?s Cirque Olympique, after a likeness by Wilhelm Wohlfahrt. She wears a feather-adorned crown. 17 ? x 11 ??. INSRIBED SIGNED AND DATED by the artist in the lower margin to British menagerie owner and circus impresario George Wombwell.
