The Great Raymond (Maurice F. Raymond). Litzka Raymond Telegram to Will Rock on The Great Raymond?s Death. Feb. 21, 1938. A Western Union telegram made out in Litzka Raymond?s hand, relating the death of her husband, Maurice, to fellow magician Will Rock, in full: ?Thanks Telegrams. Heartbroken over irreparable loss. He should have had many more good years. Had so much to give the world seems so unfair. Write here care suite eighty three. You should have written to the hospital to help cheer him he was very brave/Litzka.? Signed ?Mrs. M.F. Raymond.? Accompanying the lot is a group of four Raymond programs and handbills and three 8 x 10? photos of Litzka.
