Fleming, Ian. Live and Let Die. London: Jonathan Cape, 1954. First edition, first printing. Publisher?s black cloth, front board stamped in gilt with an Edward IV gold rose noble coin, spine lettered in gilt. Original first issue, second state unclipped dust jacket with credit to Kenneth Lewis and the author overprinted on the front flap. 8vo. Spine ends lightly crimped and few small losses at joints; also with mild panel creasing, rear panel toned with mild fingering and faint creasing, flaps sunned at edges with some pale spotting, contemporary inscription to front endpapers; very good. Gilbert A2a (1.2). The second James Bond novel.
