LOBEL, Anita (b. 1934). ?Michael Moped in Moscow,? Two Illustrations from Her Book, Away From Home. [Ca. 1994]. Multimedia on two separate sheets, one depicting a sad boy in Moscow, the other an overlay of children in an audience in front of a theater proscenium arch. The sheet showing the sad boy is inscribed by Lobel: ?For the Dornish collection with all my very best wishes - Anita Lobel New York?? (part of this inscription is obscured by the proscenium illustrated sheet). Sight approximately 13 x 8?. Matted and framed under plexiglass. Frame size approximately 21 x 16?. Fine. Not examined out of frame. With an inscribed copy of the book. From the J. Robert and Alice Dornish Collection of Autographed Picture Books and Original Art.
