Lot of 3 Different J. Chein Tin Yellow Taxi Toys. 1924. All are lithographed tin, and have identical graphics: largest is 8?, uses wind-up mechanism with attached key, F/VF; the second is 6?, also a wind up with attached key, F/VF; the third is also 6?, free wheeling, identical to other, but sold as a less expensive version with no wind-up mechanism ever installed, VF/NM; all have scattered scratches and scuffs, with typical wear on body around the movable front wheels; all are completely original as issued, with strong color and nice gloss; a unique opportunity to acquire all 3 variations of this early, attractive taxi toy.
