Including: The Magician and the Cinema by Barnouw (1981), with a card SIGNED by the author laid in; Step Right Up by Mannix (1951); The Encyclopedia of Magic by Dawes and Setterington (1989); Hiding the Elephant by Steinmeyer (2003; two editions, including an uncommon variant published by Barnes and Noble); Dunninger's Monument to Magic by Dunninger (1974); Walter Gibson's Encyclopedia of Magic & Conjuring by Gibson (1976); Conjuring by James Randi (1992); The Illustrated History of Magic by Christopher (1976); Hobby Magic by Morris Young (1950); Famous Magicians of the World and Great Magic Shows by Arnold Furst (1957 & 1968; both SIGNED AND NUMBERED); and Great Magicians in Great Moments by Irving Desfor (1983). 4tos and 8vos in publisher's cloth or wraps, all illustrated and most in dust jackets. Most are first editions.
A very good group of works on the long and fascinating history of conjuring.
