[MAPS]. Map of Chicago & Suburbs [Theaters]. Circa 1930s. Black and white printed pull-down map marking over 200 Chicago theater venues, with inset detail of the Loop, the city and suburbs sorted into six districts (Northeast, Northwest, West, Central, Southwest, and Southeast) with key of theater in each area at right side.
Balaban & Katz, Essaness, and Warner theaters hand color-coded.
Backed on canvas and held in a contemporary Rand McNally wall-mount wooden map case.
Map size 61 x 41 1/4".
Condition
Short closed tears at edges; spots of soiling and discoloration.
