Marilyn Monroe Pinup. Boston: Pin-Ups, 1953. Original color pinup poster of Monroe in a striped and ruffled bikini. 62 x 21 ??. A few smalls spot stains, minor repairs, but clean and attractive overall. B+. This nearly life-size poster was advertised in Popular Science in 1953 for $2 as a gift for a man?s ?den, bar, or playroom.? Monroe was then a rising star, appearing in the films Niagara, How to Marry a Millionaire, and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes the same year.
