MERIDA, Carlos (1891?1984). Estampas del Popol-Vuh Signed Portfolio. Mexico: Graphic Art Publications, 1943. Folio. LIMITED EDITION, number 337 of 1,000 copies. SIGNED BY MERIDA on the limitation page. Bifolium + 10 color lithographs with printed tissue guards, loose as issued (plates clean). Publisher?s cloth backed boards titled in black, with cloth ties (corners rubbed, uneven toning or darkening to boards). Housed in a married portfolio from Merida?s Carnival in Mexico with a bifolium signed by Merida with the limitation titled "originals".
