Condition
Generally worn, soiled, some with loose boards, ownership markings, some loose pages. Generally fair or better. FIRST OR EARLY EDITIONS. Titles include: The Mountains Meadows Massacre by Gibbs (wrappers, later edition, soiled, worn, tape repairs); "L.D.S. Hymns" (later edition, missing first several leaves heavily worn, loose pages); Labors in the Vineyard (presumed first edition, heavily worn, loose pages, gutters cracked); Concise History of the Mormon Battalion in the Mexican War by Tyler (presumed first edition, later leather binding, gutters cracking); The Detective's Experience Among the Mormons or Polygamist Mormons... by Bennett (unknown edition, 1887, heavily worn, loose pages, pages brittle); To Them of the Last Wagon [and] "Wist Ye Not That I Must Be About My Father's Business?" both by J. Reuben Clark, Jr., each with Clark's gift cards laid-in, presumed first editions; Constancy Amid Change by Albert E. Bowen (presumed first edition, inscribed by Bowen).
