NASA FACTS Poster, Vol II, No. 5 Supplement. Informational poster in color, SIGNED BY SEVEN APOLLO ASTRONAUTS, ALL OF WHOM HAD CAPTIONED THEIR SIGNATURES WITH THEIR MISSION DESIGNATIONS. Poster unfolded approximately 21 x 32". Folded. Minor rubbing, else fine.
