Porta, John Baptista. Natural Magick. London: Thomas Young, and Samuel Speed, 1658. First English edition. Period calf, rebacked, morocco spine label. Engraved half-title, fifteen words and the date in red on the title page. 4to. Woodcuts. Ex-libris Roland Winder (his bookplate). Ragged and soiled margins throughout with many repairs and, edge of rear cover defective, both boards bowing, staining and soiling. Poor; sold as is. Lacking five leaves: Bb2, Xx2, Xx3, Zz4, and Hhh4. Toole Stott 576.
