New Chicago Playing Card Co. Playing Cards. Waukegan, Ill., ca. 1900s. 52 + J + box fragment. Frog joker. Backs asterisks. Heavily stained and chipped at edges with losses. This deck was printed on thin, poor quality paper, leading the deck to easily deteriorate, as the Hochman Encyclopedia notes. Hochman L51.
