[NEWSPAPERS]. [LAW]. Columbian Centinel. Massachusetts Federalist. Boston: Feb. 26 - Mar.12, 1803. Four issues. 4pp. 19.25 X 12.5". MARBURY VS MADISON. Issues contain Congressional diaries, legal rulings, and summaries of "Important Debates," including the most important case in the history of the Supreme Court, Marbury vs. Madison, which established the judiciary as an equal branch of government through the creation of judicial review.
Condition
Light toning and soiling. Extremities chipped. Small holes and cloth residue at left from disbinding. Joints separating. Issues unbound. Mar. 2 issue with rear corner clipped. One horizontal crease all. Very good.
