[Nobel Prize] Lord Robert Cecil TLS and Emanuel Libman ALS. Including a 1923 TLS from Cecil, winner of the 1937 Nobel Peace Prize, to Lazard Kahn, of Estate Stove Co. (Hamilton, OH); and a 1938 two-page autograph letter signed by Libman, prominent physician whose patients included Albert Einstein, to Mrs. Louis Heyn, with original mailing cover.
