Odd or Even Cigar Cutter/Roulette Wheel. Circa early 20th century. Painted cast iron wheel cast resembling a ship?s wheel, on a wooden base. People can gamble and spin for odd or even numbers; there are two holes available to snip off a cigar tip. 5? high, 5 ?? diameter. Some light wear, soiling. Very good.
