[PARIS]. FELIBIEN, D. Michel. ?? LOBINEAU, D. G. Alexis. Plan de Paris pour server a l?histoire de la ditte ville? Paris: Guillaume Desprez and Jean Desessartz, 1726. Folio, three sheets (648 x 870 mm). Engraved map by two Benedictine priests from the Congregation St. Maur. Decorative cartouche with the arms of the city of Paris, detailed boarders with a key alphabetizing names of streets, churches, and colleges. Originally published with Histoire de la Ville de Paris (1725), which has been considered the best work on the ancient history of Paris. (Few conservation tape repairs along folds verso). A RARE LOUIS XV PLAN OF PARIS. OCLC only locates 2 copies (Harvard University and Biblioth?que nationale de France).
