PASSI, Giuseppe (Italian, 1569-1620). Della Magic Arte Overo Della Magia Naturale. Venice: 1614. 8vo. Contemporary parchment binding with handwritten title on spine. Contemporary signature on frontispiece, woodcut typographic mark. Modern inscription on inner board. Second to last page partially separated. Only edition edited by Giuseppe Passi himself. Includes a special note assuring the reader that the text has been approved by the Council of Ten of the Serenissmia. Classic text on natural magic.
